Dulux - EasyCare
Dulux EasyCare is the first interior paint with revolutionary hydrophobic properties. Thanks to its special surface, it repels water and liquid dirt and prevents them from penetrating deeper into the surface. Dulux EasyCare is one of the few paints with the popular matt finish that is extremely resistant to staining.
On the painted surface it creates a perfectly matt layer and eliminates any imperfections in the substrate. It creates a film with the highest resistance to staining, and stains are very easy to remove. The paint can be used on cement, cement-lime plasters, as well as plasterboard and gypsum board.
It is suitable for paper wallpapers and fibreglass wallpapers. It is also suitable for extremely demanding spaces such as schools, kindergartens, hospitals, public institutions, etc.

Use
- Surface preparationThe surface should be compact, uniform, clean and dry (e.g. plasters can be painted after 3–4 weeks of curing, or according to the specification given by the manufacturer of the plaster, gypsum, or filler). Coatings of lime, clay and weakly adhering paints must be completely removed from the substrate, then the surface should be washed with water to remove any remaining dust.
- ApplicationStir the paint and apply in 2 coats with a 2-hour interval. Load the brush or roller with a sufficient, even amount of paint and spread it thoroughly to achieve an even layer. Remove painter's tape immediately after finishing painting
- ConditionsAmbient and surface temperature should be between +10 and +28 °C. Relative humidity should be below 80%. Low temperature and high humidity can significantly affect drying.
- CleaningAfter finishing painting, remove as much paint as possible from the tools, then wash them with clean water.
