Eternal IN Thermo
ETERNAL IN Thermo is a thermal-insulating paint designed for surface treatment of interior walls made of core, mineral and acrylic renders or concrete panels. It increases the surface temperature of walls, thereby preventing moisture condensation and mould growth, eliminating the effects of thermal bridges and reducing the feeling of cold radiating from the wall surfaces.
It is intended for the surface treatment of interior walls made of core, mineral and acrylic renders or concrete panels to increase surface temperature, for example on walls that become damp and develop mould due to moisture condensation, or where an unpleasant cold radiates from the surface on contact. It also serves to eliminate thermal bridges.
- Thermal-insulating effect: Contains special glass microspheres that increase the surface temperature of walls and reflect heat back into the room, reducing the feeling of cold radiating from the wall surfaces.
- Prevention of moisture condensation: By increasing the surface temperature of the walls, the coating limits moisture condensation, which prevents mould growth and wall dampness.
- Elimination of thermal bridges: Helps eliminate the effects of thermal bridges, which are areas in the structure with poorer thermal insulation where heat escapes and moisture condenses.
- Vapour permeability: The coating is vapour-permeable, allowing the walls to "breathe", which contributes to a healthy indoor environment.
- Washability and durability: High hiding power, resistance to wet and dry abrasion, and a long service life of the coating.
Application
- Surface preparationThe substrate must be dry, clean, free of grease, and sound. For highly absorbent substrates, we recommend priming with ETERNAL universal primer.
- ApplicationAfter thorough mixing, ETERNAL IN Thermo is applied with a brush, roller or wide brush in two coats. The second coat is applied after the first coat has dried, usually after 4 hours. The product must not be diluted.
- ConditionsThe optimal temperature for application is between 5–30 °C.
- CleaningAfter finishing work, remove as much of the coating material as possible from the tools and then wash them thoroughly with clean water.
