ETERNAL Silica Filler
ETERNAL silica filler is a loose mixture intended for preparing a self-levelling screed compound in combination with the ETERNAL na beton KOMFORT product. It is also used to increase the surface roughness of painted concrete floors in areas such as cellars, garages, workshops, shops, warehouses or exhibition spaces.
- Universal use: Suitable for preparing self-levelling compound as well as increasing surface roughness.
- Anti-slip treatment: Can be applied by sprinkling onto the still-wet coating or by mixing it into the paint.
- Easy application: Simple mixing with the diluted mixture or paint.
- Durability: Ensures increased resistance of surfaces to mechanical damage.
- Flexible use: Suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications.
Processing
- Preparing the self-levelling compound:Mix the diluted ETERNAL na beton KOMFORT mixture using an electric drill with a mixing attachment. While stirring continuously, slowly add ETERNAL silica filler in a weight ratio of 1:1. Mix for 5 minutes, then let the mixture stand for 5 minutes and briefly stir again.

- Application for increasing roughness:For sprinkling: Evenly sprinkle the filler onto the freshly applied coating and, once dry, remove any excess material.For mixing in: Add the filler directly to the paint in the recommended ratio and mix thoroughly before application.
