Bori Stain
Bori Water-Based Wood Stain is a quality coating designed to protect and decorate wooden surfaces indoors and outdoors. This stain is water-based, ensuring easy application and environmental friendliness.
It is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, whether on wooden façades, fences, pergolas, garden furniture, or interior wood panelling.
- Water-based formula: Easy application and tool cleaning with water. Dilute with 10% water.
- Wood protection: Protects wood against moisture, UV radiation and mould.
- Decorative effect: Enhances the natural beauty of wood, available in a wide range of colour shades.
- Environmental friendliness: Low content of volatile organic compounds (VOC), no unpleasant odour.

Use
- Surface preparationThe surface should be clean, degreased, sanded, with damaged coatings and impurities removed. Old coatings need to be removed or thoroughly sanded. For new wood, the moisture content must not exceed 15% for softwood and 12% for hardwood. Sand and clean the dry substrate, then remove waxes, resins and grease with NITRO thinner. To restore old coatings — clean and sand undamaged coatings, completely remove damaged ones.
- ApplicationMix the contents thoroughly before use. You can dilute with 10% water. Apply with a brush, roller or by spraying in 1-2 coats following the wood grain (always after 3-4 hours).
- ConditionsAmbient and surface temperature should be between +10 and +25 °C. Relative humidity should be below 65%. Low temperature and high humidity can significantly affect drying.
- CleaningAfter finishing painting, remove as much paint as possible from the tools, then wash them with clean water; remove dried paint with NITRO thinner or another common thinner.
