Eternal Elast
ETERNAL Elast is a water-dilutable elastic coating designed to protect and renovate concrete structures and other mineral surfaces. Thanks to its high flexibility, it bridges hairline cracks and prevents water and harmful substances from penetrating the substrate.
It is suitable for coating concrete structures such as bridges, retaining walls, balconies, building façades and other mineral surfaces requiring protection against water and weather conditions.
- High elasticity: Ability to bridge hairline cracks in the substrate and withstand substrate movement without cracking.
- Water repellency: Protects the surface against water penetration and reduces the risk of efflorescence and material degradation.
- Vapour permeability: Allows water vapour to escape from the substrate, contributing to the long-term stability of the coating.
- Weather resistance: Ensures a long service life of the coating even in demanding climatic conditions.
- Environmental friendliness: Low content of volatile organic compounds (VOC) and absence of harmful solvents.
Processing
- Substrate preparationThe substrate must be dry, clean, and free of dust, grease and loose particles. Any cracks or unevenness must be repaired with a suitable material.
- ApplicationAfter thorough mixing, apply ETERNAL Elast with a brush, roller or spray in two to three coats. Apply the second and, if necessary, third coat after the previous one has dried, usually after 4–6 hours. The product is ready for use and should not be diluted.
- ConditionsThe optimal application temperature is between 10–25 °C. Avoid application in direct sunlight, rain or strong wind.
- CleaningAfter finishing work, clean tools with water.
